The Odak K500 Water Filtration System works by forcing the water through the pores of a densely compacted carbon block inside the stainless steel housing. The combination of mechanical filtration, electro-kinetic adsorption, and other physical / chemical adsorption, facilitates the removal of a wide variety of contaminants.


The secret of the solid carbon block filter is its exclusive, compressed, activated carbon, triple filter cartridge, three filters in one unit.

The first filter provides for pre-filtration to remove suspended particles, the second is a sub-micron filter for micro-organisms removal, and finally the high-tech compressed carbon matrix. The ODAK500 Drinking Water Filters effectively reduce substances by their standards including particulate matter, chlorine, certain pesticides, cysts (including cryptosporidium and giardia), lead, trihalomethanes (THM’s), turbidity, MTBE and VOC’s (41 chemicals and pesticides) but does not remove healthy trace minerals. Our water filter can treat 750 gallons while removing contaminants as small as ½ (0.5) of a micron. The stainless steel housing has a lifetime warranty if the filter is changed according to manufacturer guidelines.
